Jess came to us to design her dream dress for her big day. A romantic and modern ceremony set at the Grounds of Alexandria, Jess had a set idea on exactly what she wanted.
​
After trying to find her dress in Sydney, Jess realised the custom design service would be the best option and she made it very easy for us, having a precise idea on exactly what she wanted.
​
The best bit was choosing a lace to fit her silhouette concept. We presented Jess with a couple of options and she knew straight away which one would be perfect for her relaxed ceremony.​
​
Jess like many of our brides throughout her dress journey had to manage a stressful work scheudle as well as juggling all of her pre-wedding appointments though throughout the entire experience she was always just such a sweet and kindhearted girl. We Loved every minute of our time with Jess and are sure her hubby Gus was absolutely blown away by how beautiful she looked in her "Jess Gown"

ELEMENTS OF JESS'S CUSTOM DESIGN
ILECIA
GOWN
Jess came in with a vision for a long sleeve, fit and flare lace gown.
​
She loved the idea of a nude silk satin underlay and a detachable tulle skirt train.
​
To create Jess's gown we worked off one of our previous custom gowns, the Ilecia which has a very similar silhouette.

THE LACE
The most important element of Jess's dress was the lace, from the print of the floral lace to the scallop trim that lined the sleeve and neckline.
​
We chose a bold lace print that allowed just a glimpse of the underlay. We also added a very defined scallop neckline to create a beautiful curved silhouette.
